About Us

Our practice is comprised of six specialists, Dr. Simon R. Lam, Dr. Dhar S. Dhanda, Dr. Leah A. Wittenberg, Dr. Steve Levasseur, Dr. Robert Gizicki and Dr. David Ta Kim. We are fully trained in all aspects of medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the vitreous and retina. We are all faculty members of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of British Columbia.

We also have two ophthalmologists undergoing advanced subspecialty fellowship training with us under the auspices of the University of British Columbia. Our current fellows are Dr. Shadi Safuri and Dr. Elena Gurung.
